Two members of the Wells High School field hockey team and their coach, Katelyn Rich, teamed up for a cut-a-thon in late October 2020. In honor of the school’s annual Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Fundraiser, seniors Lily Clough, Kadia Thompson, and Rich donated their hair to Hair Matters.

“This is an outstanding act of kindness,” said school Principal Eileen M. Sheehy. “This type of giving can be so very satisfying, and I am sure your donation with be greatly appreciated by those in need of wigs.”

Hairstylist Debora Rich of Salon by the Sea in Wells donated her services for the cut-a-thon.

Thank you Lily, Kadia, Katelyn, and Debora! You’re a winning team, and your generosity is an example for others.
